We currently have an offer where we will create a 3D model of a Town Centre for free.

For a Town Centre to benefit from this offer they only have to agree to do the following:-

Let us embed a "custom" version of Google Earth into their website with the model on
Promote what we're doing to the local businesses (usually via email)

We then create a range of layers which are place-marks highlighting where individual
businesses and services are (we normally levy a charge per place-mark per annum to the
individual business to cover our costs)

This then becomes a valuable tool to visualise the town and find whats in and around it.

Regeneration projects.
We can create models from "plan" and place them on Google Earth for regeneration projects.
This is an ideal way to showcase new developments and make them available to be seen by
the general public from anywhere in the world in 3D.

Planning applications.
We can create models to show what a new development will look like in its true location
before its built. Allowing members of the public to view a proposed development from any
where in the world and get an appreciation of what is being built in true perspective.

Tourism / Museums / Education.
Our models allow Google Earth users (a global 400 million user plus audience) to explore
your town. This benefits all shops, businesses, hotels and attractions and your towns
economy. We can also create historical models, showing the town as it was in the past. This
is a fantastic educational resource that is free to schools around the world. (they can also
download and edit the models for free to create dynamic lessons).
